Team Trainer will be used to author and document IT training courseware contributing to a highly efficient workforce. |

With a headcount of approximately 3,000 staff, training new IT applications via traditional classroom methods was cost prohibitive. Kingston Hospital saved money and maximised resources by using the XStream simulation and performance based assessment tools underpinned by the EKP LMS. Training and user competence for a new organisational intranet was built in-house and the approach will be used for new electronic staff records system.
