Strategic Partnership with RightMove plc
The Board of Intellego, the AIM traded e-learning and compliance courseware solutions business, is delighted to announce a new three year exclusive e-learning partnership with Rightmove, the UK's number one property website.
Intellego will host via its e-learning portal 'Vestigo', nine foundation courses created by Rightmove in key agency subjects for delivery to staff at over 15,000 estate agency and letting agency branches in the UK , and will be the exclusive provider of other e-learning courses to the website. The first course in Home Information Packs was delivered with great success in June 2007, with over 8,000 registrants and the second course will cover the new
'Anti-Money Laundering Regulations' which take effect on 15th December 2007.
Rightmove is providing the foundation course content free to its members but is purchasing the software and hosting services on commercial terms from Intellego. Additionally, the partnership will provide the opportunity for sales of non-foundation courseware through the Rightmove e-learning portal to generate ongoing revenues for Intellego as increasing numbers of Estate Agents see real benefit in signing up for on-line learning courses.
This contract will enable Rightmove member agents to train their staff on the latest and changing estate agency regulations, as well as on operational matters related to running an estate agency office. The service will provide regularly updated courses in all core estate agency subjects with examinations to test and certify competency at the end of each.
